Terms of Use
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. About These Terms
Clue Dental is the brand of Clue Dental Marketing Inc., an Illinois company. “Clue,” “we” and “our” refer to that company.
These terms govern your use of cluedental.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is intended for adults in the dental business.
2. Information & Service Descriptions
This site provides general information about Clue and its services. Nothing on it is dental, medical, legal or financial advice.
Site content is not an offer or a price quote. Descriptions of plans, features and services are summaries. A client’s written agreement with Clue governs any paid work.
Submitting a request for information does not order services or create a client agreement.
Clue is not a dental office and does not provide patient care.
3. AI Answers
Our chat assistant generates answers using AI. Answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
Chat answers are general information. They are not advice, offers, price quotes or commitments by Clue. Contact Clue to confirm any statement you intend to rely on when considering its services.
Do not submit health information, patient records, passwords, login details or another person’s personal information through the chat or request form.
4. Permission to Use the Site
Clue gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the site for lawful purposes, including evaluating our services. You may save or print reasonable portions for your reference or internal business review.
Except as permitted above, by law or with the rights holder’s permission, you may not:
- Copy, modify, republish, distribute or sell the site or its content.
- Reverse engineer the site’s software.
- Access systems or information without permission.
- Introduce harmful code, send spam or interfere with the site.
- Use the site to break the law or violate another person’s rights.
5. Content, Examples & Images
Clue owns the site and its original content. Other materials appear with permission or under applicable licenses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Example websites are client sites shown with permission or demonstration sites for fictional practices. Examples do not guarantee that another project will have the same features or results.
Some images are illustrations: website screens shown on devices are placed onto photographs, and some photographs are AI-generated.
These terms do not grant ownership of any site, content or trademark.
6. Links & Privacy
Links may take you to websites operated by others. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Clue does not control their content or operation.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through this site, including the request form and AI chat.
7. Disclaimers & Limits on Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site and its content, including AI answers, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee availability, security, accuracy, completeness or freedom from errors.
To the extent the law allows, Clue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. These include lost profits, business opportunities and data.
Nothing here excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
8. Governing Law & Changes
Illinois law governs these terms, without applying its conflict of laws rules. Legal protections that cannot be waived remain in effect.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the site, or suspend access to it, at any time.
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement the law requires.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent the law allows.
